On January 1^st 2008, a revision of Swiss limited liability company law (SLL, Sàrl, GmbH) has been implemented. The new regulations contain several modifications that require in most cases the amendment of the bylaws and regulations of the SLL that were established under the previous law. Said amendments have to be accomplished until the 31^st of December 2009.
